My Sister-in-Law has been looking for the right low mileage Expedition for a little over a month. She had not had a great experience with her search until we stopped out at Baxter Ford - West. Our sales consultant, Rod Bates, did an excellent job walking us thru the purchasing process. This was her first large purchase for her on her own, and she was very nervous. Rod took the time to make sure she was comfortable with the vehicle and worked with her on the test drive to maneuver and understand the options that were included with this beautiful truck. When it was time to talk about her trade and price, everything was upfront all the way thru the finance department, No Surprises! Even though it was closing time Rod had the truck washed and cleaned up for delivery by the time we were done with the paperwork. It was the most comfortable and easy truck purchase that I have ever been part of. Thanks Rod for making this such a pleasant experience! I know Rosie is very happy.
