Total unprofessional. I was told 4 days I was approved for a auto loan .I received the Vin number, purchased insurance for the car. ($130) I drove from Austin to Fort worth. That's when John from finance said that I was not approved. My salesman John wolfe was stunned and very up set at what finance had to come out and tell me. All in all no car deal was made. They offered to fill my gas tank (which I filled up leaving Austin) so I waisted 9 hrs of driving and $130 isurance.. I'll probably get refunded. they really don't deserve one star but I didn't have the option . just a very bad experience. I will never go back . hope you have a better experience
