We stayed 2 nights at the Boars Head Inn for my birthday this past winter. We had such a lovely time! On our first night we were surprised with a plate of chocolate covered strawberries, candy, and other goodies, expertly presented on an impressive gold plate.
Lovely room, helpful and pleasant staff, great accomodations (what kind of mattress???)
Great sleeping.
The Only disappointment was that because of the renovation, we could not eat at the resort's restaurant!!! We had eaten there once before, and I still talk about that meal!!
Well, needless yo say, we will be back, and thank you for such a beautiful time.
