With so many negative reviews, I wanted to provide positive feedback on my experience with the board of nursing in Virginia. Most of the negative posts seem to reflect wait times on the telephone. Their system is geared towards use of the website and online services. I had excellent and timely response in dealing with my specific needs using email.
