NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING! This is the worst hotel experience I ve ever had in my life. Me and my boyfriend paid 4 months in advance to stay 2 nights at the hotel but barely survived one night cause of how dirty, smelly and just how unsanitary it is. While we got the tour of the hotel, one of the owners Izzy gave me (20 years old) a glass of wine when im not the legal age and izzy said to not tell anyone about it and when she walked away we drained it down the sink. Later that night, we found spider webs in different spots of the room so we called the owners to clean the spider webs from a spider that we came across that was crawling from the ceiling to the bed, and as soon as she came to the door, she said what do you want me to do about it with a rude attitude then came back with a duster and still didn t clean the spider webs from the room but tossed things around and made us really uncomfortable. Then after that, we called Roscoe asking for a refund but they wouldn t give us one and just hung up on us but minutes after we asked, they charged us an extra $152.90 for no apparent reason. So the next morning we had to argue with them over the phone for our money back because they were too scared to come down and talk to us in person since they didn t want to answer their door when I was knocking at their door for 20 minutes. When they finally decided to come to our room over an hour later, we showed Roscoe the spider webs that were still in the room that Izzy never cleaned and was acting blunt about it as if he was brand new to the situation. We re never coming back here ever again...
