I wish I could give a negative but I can t. We have lived in our house for 7 months and we re missing screens. I ve talked to Kirk the manager numerous times and he hasn t been helpful. We call and get status and no one will call us back. Today on 3/14/19 my wife called to get status on the screens we were still missing, she spoke with mike he was going to check on them and call her back and no one did. The neighbor had seen Justin the salesman from BMC leaving our house. when my wife got home one screen was laying in the yard and the other two were in our driveway. Come to find out they weren t our screens they were the neighbors the one that had saw Justin leaving our house. I did receive a call from the manager Kirk and he did apologize that we weren t taken care of. He did follow up with us and made sure we did receive our screens and that they did fit which was greatly appreciated. I did get a follow up from Justin the salesman as well.
