WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was ready to purchase a vehicle and had financing available with my credit union and all. I walked in to the wrong location for my appointment and was told by the salesman that I would be taken care of here (I should have left). My experience with the salesman was okay. He showed me the vehicle and let me test drive it. My bad experience came when it came down to the negotiating of the vehicle. I showed the price the representative from the other dealership quoted me through text and was told it would be matched. They matched the price but I would only be able to get that price if I financed with Acura (which the interest starts at 5% for a new vehicle?!?!). I was then told that most customers go this route and refinance after three months (sounds like a sales pitch for a big commission in their pocket). It is really bad customer service when you have a customer go through a refinance three months after purchasing a brand new car. Then, the car salesman comes back with a new quote showing if I financed with my own credit union. This was marked-up about $3,700. At this point I was frustrated. The salesman then brings in a finance manager to speak with me and tell me again to refinance after three months. All I can say at this point, SCAMMERS !!! I have bought several vehicles and have never experienced a mark-up if I found my own financing. New customers BEWARE!!!
