Attempted to take a Cisco Exam, Several questions that were drag and drop failed, and were missing text to match too. Simulations were also freezing and took 8 minutes to unfreeze before the question could be answered. The test proctor was beyond unhelpful the only thing she knew how to do was say "I don't know". While she did open up a case with Pearson Vue, the help desk tech proceeded to remote into the machine and "check" the wrong question. Which he claimed was correct. The proctor was incapable of understanding what was broken and an overall worthless individual. She even had the audacity to suggest that I had not studied for my test and asked me if I had taken any practice test so I knew what to expect. To improve the situation I suggest replacing her with a machine. The responses would be the same. Choose another testing center if you would like to have any chance passing your test.
