I reached out to Once Upon A Time Weddings to make an appointment. I was excited to start my dress shopping and felt it was important to to shop local. I was extremely impressed with the amount of detail that OUTW put in before I even stepped into their shop. I was asked to complete a questionnaire and then had a follow up telephone conversation with a consultant. When I arrived to look at dressed, Erin had pulled 5 dresses for me based on our prior conversations. I was elated when every dress that was pulled was s direct reflection of my own vision. I purchased my dress that day, along with my veil and belt.
I was provided with a binder of information that contained time guide for planning a wedding, contact information for a seamstress, sample invitations and a tipping guide for vendors.
My dress came in exactly as I ordered it, and arrived when OUTW had told me it would.
I, at every chance I get, recommend brides, maids, and moms to visit the shop in Strathroy.
