Generally excellent service. Our stay occurred on a busy long weekend that resulted in check in being delayed for almost 2 hours and the need to stand during pre dinner drinks in the lounge. Also a 90 min wait for room service that evening. Staff were very apologetic and every effort was made to apologise for the inconvenience.
