Yes I do not understand where so many grades of 1, as I am very satisfied and happy with the service offered. Let me explain. On June 29, I took the Iphone 5 to Emag to change the battery, I explained very clearly that I need a phone back in maximum 2 weeks, as I leave the country for a year, this was passed on the order card, after a week on 8 July a boy from the Depanero service called me to ask me if he would do the repair, I told him that whether he did or did not want it on the 13th of July. Good. From the 8th to the 13th I called every day and spoke to all the operators reminding them of my complaint. Of course, I left the country and sent him exactly after I left to be sure that if I do not pick him up in 15 days I pay 5 lei a day and over 180 days I lose the right to him according to the service sheet. It hurt him fixed at the ass, gross dissatisfaction, disrespect. Execrable.
PS. Now the new battery plays on the phone and the phone does not turn on. Great bastards. They need to be disbanded.
My granddaughter with an allview shit bought by me only in the service stayed with him of course until she left the warranty. Huooooo.
