In all my travelling these past forty odd years I\'ve met up with many and varied car rental outfits;however Pacific Car Rentals in downtown Vancouver B.C.are without a shadow of doubt the best I've ever encountered;non pareil!
From the first phone call to the waving off as I negotiated the Vancouver highways nothing but friendliness warmth and professionalism.Going the extra mile should be their mission statement (if it isn't already).I could illustrate this with quite a few examples as I rented one of their excellent smaller four door cars for 31 days.Just one example:As Gladiola was driving me to the Airport ( for free btw)at the end of my trip,I happened to mention that I needed to mail an important item to my Canadian friends;without missing a beat Gladiolla generously offered to mail it for me. I gladly and with some relief gladly accepted her kind offer;furthermore she would not accept any payment at all.

I have no hesitation in heartily recommending this excellent Car Hire firm to individuals young and old,couples and families.Incidentally they're in the middle of upgrading their fleet.I was surprised at this as the car I drove was pristine and certainly felt like it was new(audio usb plus Bluetooth,hands free.etc.Sound system was superb).I did say I'd describe one example;actually however I could've said more.
