This is an edit to my original review and change for the better of my original rating.

David and one his staff did work to rectify the issue, so for that I appreciate the the effort. But I still feel that the 2 times I had to reach out to them, the response time, attention and content of what was needed was inadequate.

David seems to respond quickly but his staff are un-responses and lack responsibility to correct issues. I've had issues in the past with them and a few years later again. Due to their failure to respond and long delays in communications I accrued a late fee for a missed payment of an HOA fees. Some reason the bank they used returned a check and the reasoning is unclear. It took some time to fix but again because of their delayed response and lack of attention it took longer than it should have.

Since they don't send notice of account status, I had no idea there was a late fee. Here's the response from some anonymous employee.

"We do not alert homeowners if their account is delinquent unless the Board requests it. Your statement is available online, and we recommend checking it regularly when you pay by check to ensure your payments are being received.

This person assumes that we all know there's online access.

So for horrible communication, failure and denial to accept responsibility for issues, and poor customer service I'll be voting to fire them as management.
