Soft play is absolutely disgusting! Myself, my friend and our two daughters visited the soft play today. The soft play area had a really horrible smell (STRONG smell of urine) it smelt that bad we couldn t stay in there for long. It was very dirty in there, peoples food wrappers, lots of rubbish, and the bin stunk. There was a wet sign on the floor in the middle of the room, a young child in the soft play area could of slipped on the plastic sign. Also, the soft play balls had old stick sweets to them. We ve now come back to see our feet are black! There was no staff in the soft play area to see if children are fine or anything. Something needs to get sorted in this leisure centre. I ve never been to a child s play area as bad as that in my life. The Women on the desk was lovely and gave us a refund, which was lovely of her. ( I don t even want to give them any stars let alone 1.. but that 1 star could go to the women at the desk.)
