I can't recommend HouseSmart reality highly enough. My wife and I sold both a house and subdivided block through them in Beechboro. Adam is exactly what you want in an agent - genuine, honest and switched on. Other agents were salesy, promising inflated figures and trying to pressure us to sign (plus charging thousands more). I'm so glad we went with them, and they'll be the first people we call next time.
