He charges this ridiculous, worthless $80 annual membership fee which is an absolute rip off and if you don't pay it he would not treat you. They also overbilled me on a visit which my copay should have already fully covered the expense. After l expressed my opinion that a doctor's office is not a gym or a country club to be charging patients membership fees, they sent me a CERTIFIED letter saying that he will no longer be treating me as a patient which to me is so very wrong, arrogant and unethical for a doctor to refuse service to a patient merely for expressing his/her views. Ever since Dr Wilkes relocated to Summit Health group, everything has become about $$$$ and nickel and diming patients.
