My husband and I went here to purchase a used 2018 Ultra Classic and were very pleased. Chris Nihan came out to greet us and help us with our questions and the purchase process. He was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He made the purchase very fun and easy. He introduced us to Spencer in service who helped us with upgrades we wanted to make to our new bike. Spencer was also very easy to talk to and knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. Jack helped us with the financing and paperwork, he was very professional and easy going he made us feel right at home. Eddie came and greeted us while we were looking and bikes and then he stopped by the waiting room and visited us again answering some of our questions and just talking motorcycles with us. Everyone at Dallas Harley Davidson was so friendly and made us feel like family the minute we walked in the door. Dallas HD you have earned our business we will be back for more upgrades and riding gear or even if it s just to stop in and say hello to our new Harley family!
