It's really frustrating my Note10+ screen keep cracking after the replacement made last month.

It's seems poor build quality or design. I have another budget smartphone Xiaomi Mi Mix which I am using since last 2 year very roughly, multiple drops and other events had potential damage it's screen.

They fulfilled what they agreed.

I wonder a brand like Samsung Can't maintain its screen/glass quality like other budget smartphones?
