Staff wasn t very helpful, purchased a reel there years ago. The reel was well maintained, however having drag issues and was told I didn t have the spool down all the way. I clearly knew how to properly set the spool on the reel, and was told to tighten the drag down as far as it would turn. Which is something you shouldn t have to do, not how you set a drag and was somewhat rushed out. Took the reel to another shop.. come to find out it was a small washer missing from the underside of the spool, a $1 fix. The reel is a top end reel and must of lost the washer while cleaning.. the staff there was always knowledgeable and figured they would help, but not the case this visit.
