Tribe is an unprofessional property management company that is truly chaotic, toxic, and disorganized. They completely mismanaged our newly built high rise building. They call themselves leaders for building a community, but in reality, there is no harmony between the residents and Tribe. At our AGM last night, residents were so upset and angry for all the neglect, unprofessional guidance, and ignorance Tribe has shown towards our building. Their message during the entire night was, Everything is up to the council or owners, not us! . When it came time to vote, it was no surprise that their proposal to extend their contract was defeated. Once defeated, they pretty much checked out and left the room immediately. Residents were left in the dark and had no clue what happened. There was no time management of the meeting at all. They were lost...

Tribe has 0 expertise in dealing with high rise new developments. They have removed their review section on Facebook because their reviews are getting so bad. Thanks to Tribe for nothing and wasting our valuable time and money!
