I was at a competitive dealer for a "scheduled" appointment wit ha sales rep, who happened to be with another customer at the time I walked in, this is not the problem, the problem was the 3 other sales guys tossing around a tennis ball, completely ignoring my presence. This is when my phone rang, to confirm a later appointment I made with RJ, I said I will be there in 20 minutes and just walked out of the other dealer. RJ was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I walked out that night with a new Cherokee at a more than fair price! This will not be my last purchase at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge, TOP NOTCH!
