Highly recommended! Jacob is a healer, amazing at setting the stage for his clients bodies to heal themselves. He did massage with Reiki for me. I have never experienced Reiki before, and have the skepticism of a scientist, so I was ready for it to possibly be nothing more than a massage. But I have been meditating pretty regularly for a while and felt that someone in tune with energy and mindfulness would be able to do just the kind of body work I needed. And it was.

Not only did my body feel better, but my mind was clearer and my heart more joyful. I started remembering my dreams again (it s been years since I remembered dreams well in the morning). I feel like I m able to feel my nervous system more, for better body scanning during meditation.

I was only visiting Colorado Springs for a work weekend, so I planned to have just one session. The first was so helpful that I booked another just before my flight home.

All of that to say - definitely book a session. He s very professional and does a good job with temperature, music, pressure/pain during massage, etc. And it works!
