They are a bunch of crooks! They will add people on to your account without notice and charge you thousands of dollars because someone else couldn't pay the bill. God forbid, I have kids and animals in the home, they will shut off my power in the middle of this cold weather and not give a crap. All they want is money. That's fine. Why not charge whats being used NOT what is being owed to them? Take them to collections. Don't punish me and my kids. CROOKS. This company is a bunch of CROOKS!!!
