Woohoo!! Thank God for the Helpful Honda guys at Honda of DTLA. I was in a car accident, that left my vehicle a total loss. I was so nervous and anxious about getting a new car, you hear all kinds of horror stories, but everyone that helped me was so kind, knowledgeable and comforting. Made the whole process really easy.
After test driving a couple cars, I choose a CRV EX(which I just adore) and decided to Lease the vehicle. I've never leased before and had a million questions. I really appreciated the time and patience everyone had in explaining everything to me. I didn't feel haggled or misled into getting something I didn't need. Sam (Sammy) is the best !!
