I reached out to the KYA group to do a large residential project. I drove by their office and saw their work and was impressed and happy to get in contact with them. I spoke to someone on the phone who I very clearly explained the project I was looking to do and they put me in touch with roger who was on vacation for another two days. I emailed him and he said he would get in touch with me a few days later. At least two weeks go by and me leaving a voicemail and two emails later he finally responds. Trying to get response from him was like pulling teeth but he said they could do the project. After not hearing back from him I called and explained the situation on the phone to a girl that answered who said they don t do residential projects. Shortly after, Roger emailed me back saying they could get someone out to my home to measure. I don t understand how two people that work for your company are not on the same page for what your company does. I emailed Roger back asking to set a date and never heard back from him. I ended up going with another company and I could not be happier.
