I had ordered with Computer Alliance over a year ago, and experienced issues with the product so I returned it. I had recently tried to place an order with them again, although received a call and they said that my account was "on hold" and "there must have been some incident" that happened in the past, they said they could process my order if "i didn't do that again" (which could only be referring to the item i returned, even though it went smoothly). When I finally went to pick up the item I was told there was some error and it was out of stock, even though my order was confirmed ready for collection? Disgusting customer service, also can be quite overpriced. Go to Umart instead.
