Definitely touristy and long lines to get ice cream and for the tour. $4 for adults for a thirty minute tour that isn't super exciting until the end when you get a small taste of the ice cream. Have to admit it was better than the pints at the stores. So fresh! Have some things to do while you wait for tour though (our wait was over an hour)...graveyard, playground, cows, information around the building, photo opps, etc.
