Had a car loan with them because I needed a car to get to and from work, so they saddled me with a huge monthly payment. Even though my payment history has been excellent for over 3 years, they still treat me like a common criminal when I've obtained a loan from them (even though I've always paid my loans and never missed a payment). Gary and his cast of characters wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the behind. I don't wonder why they have the employee turnover that they do. Just listen to how Gary and staff talk to each other. If you need a loan, you are better off getting it from a loan shark.
