The service representative was very nice and gave me an estimate of how long the service would take for my car. The reason I only gave 4 stars is I was in the back area watching TV and someone in one of the offices asked me if he could turn down the TV - I couldn t even hear anything. I wanted to social distance which is why I didn t sit in the front lounge. Next time I will not stay at the dealership. Thanks
