Just got off the phone with the rudest, most despicable "customer service" rep I've ever encountered!!! Kept cutting me off, said she was doing me a "favor" by cancelling this scam of an order when I called to cancel TWO times already!!!! Extremely rude and I wish they were located in my state because I would drive to the location to talk to them face-to-face. Everyone has a right to cancel something they've ordered EVEN if they've made a commitment. You CAN change your mind! Hell, married people commit to a lifetime together and are able to divorce (cancel their contract) so who in the hell does she think she is telling me I made a commitment and that she'd be doing me a favor to cancel it? I called to cancel the day after the order was made. All companies allow you to cancel. Even if they charge a cancellation fee or some kind of penalty. I feel sorry for anyone who is caught in this wheel of a scam. All I can say is call your bank because they refuse to adhere to any cancellation requests, even when made on a "recorded line". And she blatantly said I would not be getting my money back AFTER I was told a month ago that this would be cancelled. Smh. Karma works on companies also and those who engage in unlawful, unjust, unethical behavior will also pay for their transgressions. How do they look themselves in the mirror daily?
