First, we were not at the Delaware per se. We went to Artisan for dinner, and had a superb meal. We were greeted at the door, ushered to a table, and shortly thereafter were given a choice of waters. Shortly thereafter we were given the wine list, and ordered the Artisan Rose. For dinner my wife ordered a crab cake for her appetizer, and hanger steak for her entree. I ordered chicken liver mousse for my appetizer, and another appetizer, steak tartar for dinner. I cannot remember which two desserts that we ordered, but they were both very, very good. By all definitions, the meal that we had was totally excellent, and the staff at Artisan must be commended for their attention, service, courtesy, demeanor and helpfulness throughout our stay at the restaurant.
