I don't think I could even rate this place, I don't even give them a 1 for effort.. There is a hold time, always, of 15+ minutes.. I held the other day for 32 with no answer. I have emailed twice, and selected a call back 3 times, nothing. I just need them to send my other loan processor information... its a joke.
