Absolute scam. I paid nearly $800 for a consult in Nov 2019, was told they d arrange a procedure. Followed up in Dec 2019 and was told my consulting Dr was on vacation, then I never heard from them again. I m in the process of filing a complaint with the regulatory body. Essentially, if you have a legitimate health concern that won t make them tons of money, they will just blow you off. I eventually got my surgery through the public system as it was deemed urgent . Not urgent to the staff at False Creek apparently.
