Never buy a car here !! What a scammers. I bought a car here last year. in less than 1.5 years, 2700 euros in costs to the car. When looking for a new one (because the trust is out) we find out that there was a WOK report on this car, this has never been told to us. Seldenrijk himself states not to have known this. Several other garages say that every self-respecting car company knows this and that it is not big nonsense. Because this company does not offer a BOVAG guarantee, you can therefore pay for any legal costs yourself !! So do not start here and buy from a company that offers this guarantee so you do not have to pay for these costs yourself.
We also gave Seldenrijk the chance to handle it in a decent way, but they had no interest in this and offered only a pittance for the car (and found this a lot). The seller indicated on the phone that he can now see this (that there was a WOK report on the car), my husband was a week later visited them to talk but then they suddenly said that they could not see this. In other words, one lie to another! I can only say that I find this a very sad company with the sole aim of earning as much as possible and whether they have to lie and cheat for that, it does not matter. They do not offer solutions, customer is absolutely no king. Meanwhile several people heard this and other negative stories. Friendly company as long as you pay for your car and especially do not come back with a complaint because they do not do anything with it.
