The only good thing is that we had a place to spend the night. I m not a complainer but for the price I just paid to stay here I can t help it. I should have read the reviews before booking. The hotel room bathroom was dirty. The beds are uncomfortable and hallway has a weird smell on the 4th floor. The pool is still closed but when I called before making the reservation they didn t say that. My kids and I have tickets to the science museum tomorrow. The earliest we could get in is 3:15. I asked for a late checkout they told me no because of COVID. Sounds like just an excuse to say no. The WiFi is weak and my kids can t even hook up there Nintendo switches. I haven t had the boxed breakfast yet but I can t imagine it s any good. I m only here for one night but and will definitely be going somewhere else tomorrow. DONT COME HERE!!! You can spend way less to stay somewhere better!!! Hopefully I save someone from making the same mistake I did.
