Waited in the ER for about 2 hours while my mother...

Waited in the ER for about 2 hours while my mother in-law had something wrong with her appendix. Then finally gotten a room and the nurses 1) couldn t find her vein to put the IV in and 2) never put an IV in. Mind you my mother in-law is a 62 yrs old women.

Should have went to Mount Auburn.
