The apartment is decent, not too modern not too old. 6 months into my lease, we started seeing roaches. Water started leaking in one of the bathrooms, we didn't have water for an entire day and the power goes out every now and then. The pricing is reasonable given the location and it's walking distance to St. Jude. I didn't have any safety concerns while living here and I have seen security folks patrolling sometimes.
