My room was dirty when I checked in. Bathrooms dirty, kitchen area dirty, microwave had grease from what smelled like butter popcorn, tv was dusty & there were stains on the curtains. I notified the front desk & went out for 3 hrs. When I returned it still wasn't done, so I called the front desk to inquire what the issue was. I was told housekeeping has until a certain time to clean the rooms. After some words I had a knock on the door & had to leave my room a 2nd time.
