They called us and said we needed an inspection, so we made an appointment, no show, called service center. Four times we called all the people we talked to could speak a little English but could not understand our problem. Simple we had an appointment, no show, we are mad because we gave up a morning waiting for them. Their only solution, make new appointment. no empathy, appoloigy or concern.
