Had very varying experiences with and at the Uitkijk. It strongly depends on who is the operator of the location. The venue itself is great, we got married there and it was fantastic. However, we have also eaten there a few times it was just not good. Carpaccio almost frozen, menu just not (trying too much to be special, with the execution lagging behind). In addition, we looked away once, when we passed by by bike, we were overcome by a shower, wanted to eat something and were simply sent back into the rain because there was so-called no place.
Recently I was treated to a high tea and that was fine. I had not come back on my own.
