It is said you can tell a lot about a business not when things go right, but when they go wrong. After flying from NY to Al Serra to pick up my used car, I drove off the lot after making an awesome deal on a used Audi A8 (Wholesale). Just a few miles down the road my thermostat went. I had AAA flatbed the car to two places and no one had the time nor interest in looking at this type of car and I needed to get home. I went back to Al Serrra and talked to the used car manager Glen. He immediately stopped what he was doing and drove me personally to get the car and brought it to Al Serra VW and asked his amazing technicians to get the part and get this guy home. He gave me a loaner for the night and the next day the part was in and I was back in NY! I was so impressed with Kevin, the out of state salesman for getting me into this car and now with Glen for getting me home! I'll always recommend Al Serra to everyone I speak too! Thank you guys! A true family business doing things right becasue you care about the customer being happy. That I AM.
