Rep tried to give me false information for the tam...

Rep tried to give me false information for the tampering done to my portfolio and freezing real time price on it. Which is malicious and ontop of this, they wont let me withdraw my money back to my chequings i have all cash more than 2 days its been available and i am instead stuck on hold on the phone for past 2 days waiting more than 1.5 hrs. Absolutely ridiculous avoid.
