For business convenience, I have stayed here half a dozen times in the past year or so. The quality of rooms are frustratingly not consistent, varying from good to poorly maintained. Why I have not given a higher rating is because of the consistently poor laundry service (I have never had an incident-free experience and it culminated in them losing one of my clothing - that was found a month later), and the hotel's inability to rein in the 24-hour construction noise from the Podium. For the individual traveller, the one-bedroom suites will be more comfortable and restful.
