Was attracted to the savings rates so I wanted to set up an account but the website is so unresponsive. It refused to accept my passport number and/or country of issue so I could not get a log-in number. I tried to give the bank feedback directly online but was unable to do so as I do not have a log-in (a circular problem). If Me Bank wants to live up to its claims, make it easy to talk to potential customers
