On Friday, Valentine's Day, my daughter came in with severe pain from kidney stones. Staff did not treat for dehydratoin after throwing up the whole day. Staff was unresponsive to my daughter's needs. It was a 8 hour visit for blood test and a couple of scans. Also, I was on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up on me.
