On arrival was seen to efficiently by Reception. Staff were friendly and professional. However the room which was on the Club Floor wasn t clean to the standard expected. The sheets although fresh were marked. There was hair also on the bed.

It was brought to the attention of the manager who acted quickly to rectify.

However, cleaning was of poor standard. There was the same small hairs on the side of the wall all through our visit. So it was obvious no cleaning had been done there.

Staff in the breakfast hall were friendly and helpful.
