Not terrible customer service, no customer service...

Not terrible customer service, no customer service. There are no name associations with the transactions, so no way of knowing who paid and who didn't. This isn't merchandise sales its for a scoring program for sports. I can get the information, but I'll have to manually go line by line and line up names, dates, etc. in order to find out who paid. Sure I "know",but I have to show it to the accounting dept.

That and my other questions could be answered in 60 seconds, but they'd rather wear me down with endless emails back and forth for weeks instead. That's crap.
