I can describe my experience in two words: Heidi Rocks! From my first contact until the time I drove off the lot in my new Volt, she was outstanding. Absolutely zero pressure to buy; she was very responsive and knowledgeable to all of my (numerous) questions; and to top it off, she is super nice! She made the entire experience, dare I say, enjoyable. She made sure I was completely satisfied. I'd recommend her to any of my family or friends without hesitation.

The rest of the staff at Maita Chevrolet that I interacted with was great, however you really should let the finance manager put some window shades in his office, it was really bright and the glare was kind of distracting, and it was a touch warm in there. He did the best job he could to cut the glare by using some items that were in his office, but you really should give the man some shade!
