I was travelling from Victoria to Port Hardy to catch the ferry on Saturday, April 22, 2017 when I had a problem with a leak in one of my tires (turned out I picked up a roofing nail in Victoria). Pulled into Steve Marshal Ford in Nanaimo without an appointment and explained the situation to them. My wife and I were somewhat stressed out because we had to make it to Port Hardy for the ferry so the issue was time sensitive. Not only did the staff in the service department take us in immediately and fix the problem promptly to get us back on the road, they refused to charge us anything (not a warranty claim either). I found the names on the website of two of the three people who were so helpful: Wyatt Johnston, Tony Toulouse-Aguiar, and the other is Robin who was the receptionist that day. Thanks to all of you and I appreciate your kind and generous spirits and warm hearts.. On my return home to Terrace I did take steps to "pay it forward" by making a donation to the "Cops for Cancer" charity. I would recommend anyone to go to this great dealership.
