Went for lunch on Sunday 18th February with my partner and his son.

We arrived at 2.30 and ordered 2 chicken burgers and chips and chicken breast in peppercorn sauce and chips from the savers menu and a coke a water and a coffee at the bar.

Got given the coke, and was told they would bring the rest over to our table.

5 mins later the water arrived at the table.

5 mins after that food arrived. We asked the waitress where our coffee was she said if was on it s way.

We proceeded to start eating the the meals and another member of staff asked how everything was, we explained still no coffee she replied (Oh it s probably on it s way) and left us.

With in a minute another staff member asked if we were ok? We again said no coffee yet, this staff member did ask the barman who then made the coffee and bought it over saying sorry I forgot (laughing)

I had eaten some chips onion rings and peas only off my plate and finally tried the chicken it was a bit odd tasting but I tried another few mouthfuls and then jumped up and ran to the toilets to be sick. The chicken was slimes and watery and cold in the Centre.

I care out of the toilet and quietly explained to the staff member behind the bar I had been sick because of the chicken.

His response I ll tell the chef and then walked away to serve the bar customers.

I returned to the table, and told my family about being ill from the chicken, both of there meals had been average but edible,
Next waiter came over 5th person to ask his things were and I explained I couldn t eat the meal as the chicken was off and slimey, and I wanted a refund for my meal which is I paid for in advance btw. I was told the would tell the chef, and it looked like I d eaten some chips and onion rings. So no refund and they took the plates and walked away.

We had to catch the red jet at 3.15 or I would of caused a scene.

Why send do many people over to our table asking if it s ok if your going to ignore the feeback from your customers.

Words mean nothing without actions

Very poor indeed
